Translator

Hello everyone! I am Yolanda , the translator this week.
This week we have been working on mind maps about Spanish laws and we have learnt many thing about it.
This are the most important concepts to analyze:

-Mind map: Is a technique that offers information in a visual way not using large sentences but simple words or small sentences. It has the format of a tree, with a single starting point in the middle that branches out, and divides again and again. The tree is made up of words or short sentences connected by lines. The lines that connect the words are part of the meaning. It is a very useful method to study and understand topics.


-LAWS: A set of reles that regulate and  controled the behaviour of  social institutions. Law provides a rich source of scholarly inquiry into legal history, philosophy, economic analysis and sociology. Law also raises important and complex issues concerning equality, fairness, and justice.



-LOE: "Ley organica de educación" (Organic law of education)  It is a spanish law , effective from the academic year 2006/07. It regulates the educational programs in different age brackets of non-university  (nursery, primary, lower secondary, secondary education, vocational training, language, arts, sports, adult). It holds principles of quality education for all students, equity that ensures equal opportunities and effective transmission of values ​​that promote freedom, responsibility, tolerance, equality, respect and justice, etc..


-LOMCE: "Ley orgánica para la mejora de la calidad educativa" (Organic Act for the improvement of educational quality). It is a spanish law , effective from 8/2013 of 9 December , amending the Organic Law 2 / 2006, of 3 May, on Education (LOE), and six items and an additional provision of regulatory Organic Law 8/1985 of 3 July, the Right to Education (LODE). It has the purpose of  improve the spanish educational quality . It is popularly known as Law Wert.  It has been a very controversial law by certain social and political sectors.


-BOE: "Boletín oficial del estado" ("Official State Gazette")  It is the official journal of the Spanish State dedicated to the publication of certain laws, regulations and acts of compulsory integration. 
Editing, printing, publishing and distribution of the Official Gazette is vested in functional decentralization scheme, the Official State Gazette Agency.
